We supported the owners in marketing and enhancing the value of the entire complex, making a significant contribution to managing the delicate buyout process . The sale was conducted as is , with careful brokerage, buyer selection, and technical-strategic coordination.

The architectural project included a careful intervention on the common areas, aimed at restoring prestige and functionality:
- restoration of the historic facades, enriched by new color palettes
- redevelopment of the internal courtyards, transformed into contemporary gardens with Milanese charm
- renewal of the concierges and entrances with lighting and quality materials
- Optimization of vertical connections with new elevators and distribution routes
